Using the latest government advice, we’ve created an additional Return to Work Elearning Course for our Future Ways of Working Toolkit, to give you the key advice, precautions and staffing strategies you need to create a safe working environment post-lockdown.

Learner’s completing this Return to Work Elearning Course will be able to:

• Manage the risk by understanding your legal responsibilities
• Understand who should return to work and how to protect those at higher risk or need to self-isolate
• Mitigate the risks associated with coming into and leaving the workplace, as well as high traffic areas where staff will congregate
• Health and Safety Strategies for cleaning the workplace and hygiene methods
• Plan shift patterns and working groups
• Source further support and information.

This Return to Work Elearning Course is also part of our Future Ways of Working Toolkit, which combines several courses in a single training package on remote working.
