Inclusive Line Management

Our Inclusive Line Management elearning training course is an engaging and informative mini-course targeted at Line Managers across any industry. Being an inclusive line manager is an extremely crucial and sought-after skill as it empowers you to make fair operational decisions, build positive relationships and effectively foster a culture of belonging. For employees to thrive within their working environment, and within their own role, having an inclusive line manager is a necessity.

Throughout this course, learners will be able to develop their understanding of themselves and their team, whilst also learning how to cultivate an inclusive and welcoming culture within their workplace or organisation.

This course will provide learners with digestible information to strengthen their skills as an inclusive line manager, whilst also sharing some valuable and practical advice that they can implement across their professional career.

By the end of this course learners will be able to:

  • Recognise and comprehend how your personal biases affect your treatment of individual team members
  • Describe the qualities of an inclusive manager and behaviours to avoid
  • Apply best practices to establish an inclusive culture in the workplace
  • Be an effective ally and address inappropriate and non-inclusive behaviours

Course Duration

This Inclusive Line Management elearning training course takes between 15 and 20 minutes to complete.
