Our Inclusive Recruiting e-learning training course is a digestible and engaging mini-course targeted directly at hiring managers who are involved in recruiting people to their team and other recruitment-related professionals across any industry. When working within recruitment, being inclusive is crucial to ensure that you source the best candidates for your organisation. Throughout this course, learners will be able to develop their understanding of what inclusive recruitment means, and its importance, whilst also being able to learn about inclusive recruitment strategies and how to implement them. Learners will be develop their understanding of the hiring process through an inclusion lens.
This course will provide learners with an insightful opportunity to strengthen their skills as an inclusive recruiter and covers many key areas within recruitment for learners to be mindful of.
By the end of this course learners will be able to:
- Understand the benefits of an inclusive workforce to an organisation
- Design an inclusive job specification and person specification
- Apply best practice when selecting the best candidate, for example, shortlisting, interviewing and tests
- Onboard new employees in a way that makes them feel included, engaged and welcomed, particularly in the context of remote working
