Unconscious Bias Elearning Intro

Watch this video and you’ll learn about our suite of Unconscious Bias elearning training courses. We’ve developed them working with ENEI  (Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion) who wrote the content and Steps Drama who produce roleplay dramas that we’ve incorporated into the course as video shorts.

This approach helps to bring the content to life, allowing the learner to explore unconscious bias in real life scenarios. Sections define unconscious bias and explains how to recognise unconscious bias and ENEI ensures that the content is up-to-date and aligned with current legislation.

The courses can be easily customised to include your organisation’s policies and procedure.
