In this Client Community Meeting webinar, Teresa will use real-life examples to show how stereotypes, assumptions and marginalising different voices can lead to corporate disasters and even death. We will discuss with participants how to ensure your Board is representative of the community and that it prioritises inclusion.

Teresa Norman is a Diversity Consultant, following a 15-year career in the civil service. Her work includes Diversity Audits and developing EDI strategies. She is Chief Executive and Co-Founder of a social enterprise, TogetherintheUK whose purpose is to provide a communications platform for migrants and refugees to safely share their stories while providing reliable advice and insights into life in the UK.

Teresa has developed an original paper for Marshalls which looks at Board decision-making. Through a series of organisational case studies, she sets out the business and moral case for diverse and inclusive Boards.
