COURSE OVERVIEW

This course on Mental Health in the Workplace is a practical resource for people who may be considering therapy, but who would appreciate support in the meantime. It would also be useful for people who are curious about therapy, but may not know what is involved.

Many Mental Health courses are commissioned by HR Departments within large organisations. These can be useful to an extent, but often fail to go beyond the basics, and may just skim the surface of a very complex area.

In contrast, this course is designed to be people-focused throughout. It features extensive practical guidance and therapeutic insights from Chartered Psychologist Dr Richard Smith. Dr Smith is an expert on mental health, organisational well-being, personality profiling, and building confidence and resilience.

This resource also features a wide range of interactive exercises allowing learners to reflect on underlying issues. And it signposts practical tools and sources of further support.
