Our ‘Inclusive Leadership for Line Managers’ training course is a snappy 10 minute, presenter-led course designed to teach managers how to foster an inclusive culture and become an effective ally. Being an inclusive line manager is a crucial skill in today’s workplace. While it may seem like it’s just about being a “good manager”, it should not be taken for granted or assumed to be common sense.
In this course, learners will explore the significance of inclusive leadership, understand its benefits, and learn practical strategies for fostering inclusivity within their team or organisation.

By the end of this course learners will be able to:

Course Duration
