This training course features information about how to encourage active bystanding within your organisation, ensuring an inclusive, positive and safe environment and culture.

By the end of this course learners will be able to:

• Explain what it means to be an active bystander and why all employees are encouraged to become one
• Describe workplace behaviour that is inappropriate and should be challenged by an active bystander
• Demonstrate how to intervene safely, appropriately and effectively as an active bystander in different situations
