This tutor-led supplement to our Diversity in the Workplace elearning course, is an online or offline presentation, suitable for staff who don’t usually have access to the internet or may benefit from a classroom environment.
Case studies and scenarios have a strong customer service theme and this supplement comes with train the trainer notes allowing you to be prepared for running a session with staff.

Learning by design

An (optional) end-of-course test assesses staff on the level of knowledge they’ve retained. Pass rates can be set as required.
