The UK population is changing, and this has implications for FE Colleges, both as employers and education providers.
This brand new course, created in conjunction with Leeds City College, introduces staff to key issues, exploring why it is important to manage equality and diversity, how to apply equality to management principles and practice and ways to promote diversity.
As with all our courses, it also takes a look at the most up to date legislation, how this affects day to day working and uses interactive quizzes and scenarios to encourage staff to reflect on their own values, attitudes and practice.
