An article by our CEO, David Marshall “Learning through technology” was featured in Issue 105 of HR Director.

David looks at different approaches for organisations to provide online training, the potential options of in-house training, commissioning an external provider, or a combination of the two. He also considers the importance of a good Learning Management System, and explores the opportunities that social media provides via social learning in the workplace.
