With this in mind, the information in this Bullying and Harassment elearning course module aims to offer managers a greater breadth of understanding of the issues surrounding bullying or harassment at work.
It also recognises the need for managers to take a greater part in developing a culture that helps to eliminate bullying and harassment in the workplace and includes a section covering related legal issues.
