Staff Development Forum 2015

The Marshall ACM team are excited to be a main sponsor of the Staff Development Forum April 2015 Conference, taking place in Edinburgh on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th April 2015.
The theme of the conference is Exploring 21st Century Organisational Culture: inclusivity, agility and innovation’??, looking at how organisations can ensure their internal culture is fit within a 21st century work context.
The Marshall ACM team finds organisational culture and management is a fascinating and intriguing topic, particularly in Higher Education, and how that may inhibit or facilitate organisational success through people.
Here are just some of the key questions being discussed at the conference:

What role does the organisational / learning development professional have in supporting an inclusive, agile and innovative culture?

How might development practitioners work with fellow professionals in HR and Equality to create, enrich and sustain a contemporary culture, while applying these values and behaviours across their own practice?
