Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do at Marshall E-Learning Consultancy, and runs through every training course, practice and procedure.

Our very first training course ‘Diversity in the Workplace’ was featured in The Guardian Education supplement in November 2004 as a shining example of e-learning.

Since 2002 we’ve maintained our commitment to these high standards, establishing ourselves as the industry leader in our core topics, and continuing to grow and expand through dedicated research and planning.

We established our commitment to diversity and inclusion when we developed the Equality Impact Assessment Toolkit, initially for The Arts Institute of Bournemouth on a not-for-profit basis. The toolkit is now used by clients ranging from the Tate Gallery to the UK Parliament.

In association with Bath Spa University and the University of Exeter, we have developed a selection of up-to-date General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) courses, fully in-line with our dedication to being the leading edge of e-learning and to providing courses which tune in to notable current affairs.

To top it all off, we’ve expanded our services to include more bespoke products in a variety of new subject areas, including ‘Sexual Harassment’ and ‘Identifying and Responding to Student Mental Health Problems.’ We can offer a solution to suit all of your training and development needs, and help you meet the current demands your organisation faces.
