Unconscious Bias – U.S Version
COURSE OVERVIEW
This ground-breaking course reveals the implications of the natural biases we all hold, but aren't necessarily aware of.
Learners will be shown strategies for overcoming their unconscious bias and ways to improve decision making and professional relationships. A heightened awareness of unconscious bias in the workplace helps us to create more open, inclusive and effective organizations.
The interactive exercises throughout the course will guide learners through one of the most important and contemporary issues in diversity management.
We’ve also included relevant and recent case studies including the Supreme Court ruling on Dukes v Wal-Mart.
Our Unconscious Bias (US) e-learning course provides learners with a comprehensive understanding of this new diversity concept:
- All in it together – by accepting that we’re all naturally unconsciously biased we can develop a shared and an individual responsibility to address this – we can’t pass the buck to someone else.
