This inclusive training course acts as the next stage after our introductory course on unconscious bias. Delivered by Diversity Training Specialists.
We consulted with clients and have commissioned specialist equality and diversity and inclusion consultancy, Vercida, to assist us. Dan Robertson, principal at Vercida, helped us to draw up a pathway which shows that once we are aware of bias, managers then need to know how to implement a range of inclusive practices within day to day management.
