Our very first training course ‘Diversity in the Workplace’ was featured in The Guardian Education supplement in November 2004 as a shining example of e-learning.

We established our commitment to diversity and inclusion when we developed the Equality Impact Assessment Toolkit, initially for The Arts Institute of Bournemouth on a not-for-profit basis. The toolkit is now used by clients ranging from the Tate Gallery to the UK Parliament.
Still mandatory in Scotland and Wales, our Equality Impact Assessment Toolkit has been adopted by organisations in England that wish to go beyond basic Equality Act training courses.
To top it all off, we’ve expanded our services to include more bespoke products in a variety of new subject areas, including ‘Bullying and Harassment’ and (insert another course here).
