Unconscious Bias Elearning U.S

Challenging unconscious bias in the US workplace

We’ve updated our Unconscious Bias elearning course, Breaking Habits to enable organisations in the United States to challenge their workplace practices.

This ground-breaking course reveals the implications of the natural biases we all hold, but aren’t necessarily aware of.

Learners will be shown strategies for overcoming their unconscious bias and ways to improve decision making and professional relationships. A heightened awareness of unconscious bias in the workplace helps us to create more open, inclusive and effective organisations.

The interactive exercises throughout the course will guide learners through one of the most important and contemporary issues in diversity management.

We’ve also included relevant and recent case studies including the Supreme Court ruling on Dukes v Wal-Mart.
