This tutor-led supplement to our Diversity in the Workplace course, is an online or offline presentation, suitable for staff who don’??t usually have access to the internet or may benefit from a classroom environment.

Case studies and scenarios have a strong customer service theme and this supplement comes with train the trainer notes allowing you to be prepared for running a session with staff.
