New client wins for Marshall ACM, including Edinburgh Zoo, Cardiff Metropolitan University and City & Hackney Mind
16th March 2015
A busy start to the new year has seen Marshall ACM start working on projects for a number of high profile and prestigious clients. We’??re excited to be working with them all on a range of varied programmes, from producing an online performance management system through to developing materials around resilience and mental health in the workplace.
Firstly, Edinburgh Zoo has commissioned Marshall ACM to produce an online performance management system. The system will automate the performance management process at the zoo, but has been made generic enough to be adaptable for other organisations. The system will comprise of both an e-learning course on performance management and the system itself which will have a heavy focus on engaging employees on their own career development.
Another angle that might be of interest is that Marshall ACM will pay the zoo will receive an ongoing revenue stream from the product. This is a new way of working for us, but if it works well then this will open up opportunities for other Marshall ACM clients to receive extra benefits on top of working with us. After all, it’??s fantastic to share our success with our clients.
Next, Marshall ACM has partnered with City and Hackney Mind to develop materials around Resilience and Mental Health in the workplace. City and Hackney already use Marshall ACM for all their statutory e-learning, but we now plan to work in partnership on new materials that will be endorsed by City and Hackney Mind.
We’??ve also got plans to expand the scope of both of these project into the higher education sector. For example, the University of Bradford will be working with Marshall ACM to create a higher education version of the Resilience and Mental Health in the Workplace programme, and a higher education performance management e-learning course has also been commissioned by Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Lastly, we’??re especially excited to see Marshall ACM’??s unconscious bias training go overseas. We’??ve been commissioned by dutch organisation Friesland Campina and Associated Bank in the US to support’?their team and training programmes around unconscious bias.
An exciting and busy period for Marshall ACM, but we’??re always looking to see where else we can support organisations in their training and elearning needs. We’??ve invested a great deal in support now and are working towards a one hour response time.’? Any support issues are dealt with best by emailing email@example.com.
And if you fancy meeting in person, we’??d be delighted to meet you at our offices in London or visit you at your offices. Get in touch to see how Marshall ACM can help.
