‘??The Equality Impact Assessment toolkit provides our managers with an online facility to manage their responsibilities in this area. The system is very customisable and user friendly. With the online system I can oversee the EQIA process and report to senior management quickly on progress. There are also tutorials that come with the system which educate managers on the EQIA process. During set up and launch Marshall ACM have offered excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The system also allows the PCT to build bespoke questions on Human Rights which will prove highly effective in capturing improvement opportunities and recording best practice.’??
