Next week sees Learning Technologies 2018– the largest and best attended exhibition and conference in the learning and development calendar – take place at London’s Olympia.
We’ll be exhibiting’ at the event, so make sure to pay’ us a visit at’?Stand G6 on Level 1 of the Olympia Central and West Hall.
As the leading e-learning consultancy for diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias, we’ developed our Unconscious Bias e-learning initially in partnership with’ the’ University of Oxford.’ The course has now been commissioned by organisations such as Prudential, Hitachi, Bank of England, The Post Office and Bank of Ireland.

Unconscious Bias – What can we do?
Our’ associate Flora Alphone will also be speaking at the conference, in a session called’ Unconscious Bias – What can we do?‘- looking at Unconscious Bias, decision making, recruitment,’ development and promotion.

Inclusive Managers’ Toolkit
Also at the Learning Technologies conference, we’ll be launching our new’ Inclusive Managers Toolkit.
Aimed at middle managers across public and private sector organisations, this inclusion themed toolkit is designed to build managers’?skills and confidence.
The Toolkit is built around the key concepts of Inclusive Management, containing 12 modules grouped into three key areas: technical skills, leadership concepts and managing behaviour.
