5th May 2017
Marshall E-Learning, the Equality & Diversity e-learning specialists, is to run a free workshop at the upcoming CIPD Learning and Development Show. The CIPD Learning and Development Show takes place on 10, 11 May at the Olympia exhibition venue in London. It comprises of a conference themed around helping people to build a learning-centred culture within their organisation and an exhibition of many commercial learning providers and learning services businesses.
Marshall E-Learning are also giving away a free licence for any CIPD L&D Show attendees who complete the Marshalls voucher from the exhibition booklet.
Visitors to the CIPD L&D Show can visit Marshall E-Learning’s at stand 628 for a free licence of their Inclusive Leadership course developed in partnership with the ENEI.
Marshall’s 10-minute video learning course defines ‘inclusive leadership’ and the potential challenges and benefits of this approach. Inclusive Leadership is a key area for all modern businesses. But despite this, many of today’s business leaders continue to view leadership as simply a position within an organisational structure.
Interested attendees can also download Marshall’s Inclusive leadership whitepaper, written by Dan Robertson, Diversity and Inclusion Director for the enei.
