“Doncaster MBC has worked with Marshall ACM for 6 years. Over this time we have introduced e-learning in the council through the implementation of the Diversity in the Workplace and Stress Management for managers and employees modules. The e-learning modules complement our classroom based workshops and provide an effective development method to meet the needs of our dispersed workforce. Marshall ACM customised the modules to our requirements which enabled us to reference internal policies and worked with us to develop and integrate an evaluation process within the programmes. Marshall ACM has ensured the products have continued to be developed, always been flexible and responsive to our e-learning needs and provided a high level of ongoing support.
