“The Council has a statutory obligation to provide training on Equality and Diversity issues to all its employees. The on-line training package encompasses all the areas surrounding race relations, discrimination and related legislation and is a valuable training tool. It is easily accessible via a PC and provides various “short quizzes” throughout the training to test your knowledge on each area. On completion of the course, you even get presented with a certificate!
